This video walks through a real business situation involving seasonal demand. A retail business owner had $100,000 ready for inventory and believed starting a new policy for recapturing this expense, wouldn’t provide immediate access to the capital required. Rather than delaying action or paying cash and permanently parting with control, we approached the situation differently. By structuring the Base Premium monthly and contributing the inventory capital toward the Deposit Option first, the business was able to access capital immediately. Loan repayments then helped rebuild capital for the next season’s purchase. Short-term opportunity and long-term capital growth do not have to compete , when the system is designed properly. Watch the video to see how structure and timing made the difference.
